Try reading through everything at the link, it gives a lot of good reasons, of which the following are, IMHO, the most important:

• Multi-processor/hyperthreading rendering
• Vastly improved memory management
• Up to 100 levels of Undo (though I recommend @ 20 to keep program response reasonable)
• Morphing Tool
• Duplicate Function

So basically, P7 is a major update, adding many features people have been asking for as long as I've been using Poser (@4 years).

And while I haven't loaded Symon yet, Sydney is one of the best looking default Poser figures yet, I've actually saved an image with her, something I never did with any of the other Poser default figures.
