The jacket comes from ISO's Japanese Police uniform. The only thing I did was add the belt. ISO also made a really good navy uniform too. I don't have his web address right off hand. I cleaned out my bookmarks and unfortunately it was one of the ones that was deleted. But I saw a discussion about him in the forum a couple of days ago. His website might be listed in there.
