What is when you re-import the obj into Cinema? Or to something else (Poser for example). What size does it have there? And maybe you have another modeller - maybe Blender or Wings3D (to name two free ones) - or Lightwave (I think I know you have that). Does it have the same effect?

What I try to come closer to is wether the problem is in the export filter from Cinema or in the import filter from Vue - in your case.
