Do you use multiple runtimes? If so make a copy of your !DAZ folder from the libraries and paste it to the same place in your main poser runtime.

If not, then I would reinstall the morphs.

If that doesn't work, then I would reinstall Poser 5.  I always just installed over the current install.  Don't forget to install the SR updates for Poser 5 either.
