Maybe on 64-bit, the emulator allows greater VM storage - but I have never ever seen this for Windows XP Pro 32-bit (and I do have the /3GB switch set on my Dual Xeon system w/ 4GB).. ;P Poser usually gets to 1.7GB and croaks (as noted by more than me). Maybe Poser 7 has taken underlying steps towards 64-bit support (I have not installed P7 on my 64-bit system and probably won't for some time) - but this will only work on exactly two OSs: Windows XP Pro x64 and Windows Vista and that's it.
C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the
foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg
off.
