I've been running Poser 7 SR1 under MS Vista 64 Business with no problems...ONCE I set the compatability mode for Poser to W2K (right click on poser.exe, properties, compatability tab).
It's been very stable for me even running Aero (I really like Aero!) Same with C4D. Don't know about the others mentioned.
My current system:
Intel Core Duo E6600
2 GB ram
2-250GB WD harddrives in Raid 0
eVGA GeForce 8800 GTS
