turning off texture filtering may help image quality, but one of the coders indicated that setting texture filtering to "fast" would allow faster renders than either "none" or "quality". the other things you already know that will speed rendering but decrease image quality: decrease bounces, decrease pixel samples, increase shading rate, decrease image map size, decrease number and quality of lights.
