Maybe I can try running a test in p5 on a XP machine.
Can you show examples of how to line up heads, and/or figures?
Have you tried changing the scaling for a better transfer? That's a trick that worked out well for Wardrobe Wizard clothing transfers of adult to child. Looking at the Monkey head transfer, I'm thinking something like that will improve transfers.
Also, I can clean up a morph transfer in Blacksmith. So errors on places like the teeth, tongue, inner mouth, eyelashes, etc, can easily unmorphed back to the default. Lumps can be smoothed, etc.
I would really love to give it try. ^^
