Vue can export objects, but they won't necessarily look as god as they do in a Vue render. That's because a lot of the great looking stuff in Vue depends on procedurals - which can't be exported, as there are no standards for procedurals.

Like Agiel said, you can render Vue images to make great backdrops and such - probably HDRI environments too.
