For me Poser is only a program to set up scenes (posing figures and things) with 3D objects. How this 3D objects are created is not important for me (I also use 3D objects with my Cinema 4D created in Lightwave or Max). Which software I use to render this scene I've set up with Poser is also not important (IMHO).
So I think it is fine to post such "mixed" pictures into the Poser Gallery. And if the renderengine used did a bad job (or the 3d-object creator - or Poser), why not correct this with Photoshop (or Gimp, or...)?
Perhaps there is a border somewhere. A point each "artist" has to define by themself. I'm sure his audience will correct him if he is to wrong.
