Subject: Why is their a Mixed Medium Section

Since most of my work centers around Poser figures, and since most of the work in setting up my images occurs in Poser, I post it to the Poser gallery. The majority of the work is Poser.
Yes, I render in Vue 6 Infinite.
Yes, I make objects in 3DS Max.
Yes, I fix some minor render glitches in Photoshop, and I rescale and save for Web in Photoshop.

So if the majority of the work has been done in Poser, it belongs in the Poser gallery.

That said, I often see images posted in the Poser galleries that consist of a six minute render plus six weeks of postwork. Those belong in the 2D galleries IMO. Nothing wrong with those images, on the contrary, but they're not Poser images anymore. The majority of the work has been done in Photoshop'PSP/the Gimp/Photopaint....

Ah well, this is an old bone I have. Nothing's going to change, and it's not important enough to get excited about.

The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
