thanks for the suggestion: it is very good. Actually the concept behind the online help is that you have to present information in two ways:  the referencial way, that is the list of avalable commands, and the procedural way, that is the "How to" section, where you say "if you want to do this operation, follow this procedure". So I'll add more tree branches to this section, for example "How to > Exclude regions" or "How to > Use bounding boxes". The REAL problem is that I am by no means an expert of the tool, so it's hard to write help for something that I need help too!  ^_^  But I'll do my best!
