Quote - A friend I informed about this site wrote me this:
<<...there not selling your or mine or anybody elses artwork. so technically its not theft. the work is made available by us posting it into the public domain. as long as there not trying money from direct sales of your work, theres nothing anyone can do. ..Im not sure f your aware of the brick wall there is between the easten side of the internet and the westen side. there is "nobody" to complain to. the site is a traffic site..meaning these sites that pop up..have one porpose..to generate traffic..IE clicks...they make there money from advertising...not the art...the art is just a way to make people click. ..so really there just making a fast buck..>>
If that is the case, then I'd be very, very cautious about going there and clicking on anything!

It seems that a number of Russian sites subscribe to that "click for revenue" and it usually involves a horrid trojan called "CoolWebSearch" which is a real PITA to get rid of. There is no easy way other than to reformat your computer or spend weeks trolling through your various directories deleting file after file.

angry with our critics but will take in good
heart whatever they might have to
say." - Ghandi
