Subject: ophelia hair will not take texture

dyret ( ) posted Wed, 21 March 2007 at 3:50 AM · edited Thu, 28 November 2024 at 11:54 PM

I bought the ophelia hair for v4 yesterday. Now I find it wont take the textures. I have marked the hair in the props menu. Can someone help me?

hm.... Is there something wrong with the hair? Is that what you mean? Is all I can do to contact the maker?

No, I mean your most effective option is to contact the maker, who should be very happy to help you (it's how they make their money).  Someone else might be able to help you, but the maker certainly can and you should contact them :)  Of course you might get an answer here, but that isn't certain.

hi there,
what  you mean with "marked the hair in the props menu". You need to load the hair  from the Hair-library, then make sure you have the hair selected and pick a Haircolor from the Pose-folder and apply - thats it!. Let me know if you need more help
Thank you to pjz99, for suggesting to email us a SOS
:-D

I've been using Ophelia hair a lot this week and there is nothing wrong with it, it's wonderful!

  1. Load Victoria 4,
  2. Load the Ophelia hair from the 'HAIR' file in Poser
  3. Select Victoria 4 > Props >Ophelia and then apply your chosen texture from the 'POSE' file

Thank you all for replys. I come from Norway. That means that sometimes I use words in English wich makes total sense in norwegian but not in english. I meant selected when i wrote marked. But the solution( wich should not surprise anyone I think) was to exit and re-entering poser. And  I too think it's wonderful. It actually makes a wonderful updo of the april amerseda hair.
