Quote - Your EF info should also be at CP also. If you look under "search" on the front page of CP you'll see "View my Stuff" Click on that and that should take you to your order history which will have your serial numbers for all your recent purchases from EF. If not then you need to contact CP.
Unfortunately, many people purchased Miki from ef when they were using Digital River, so their order history won't show it. If you purchased Miki prior to December 20, 2005, you likely will need to contact support to get a coupon. We thank you for your patience.
