Ok gang, I just got here.

Artistheat, I have been in communication with you, and you already know why the image was tagged. But to clarify with everyone else here, the image was tagged as 'containing' nudity because of the obvious genital cleft showing thru the panties. Transparent clothing needs a nudity tag, and its in the TOS. {no, it does 'not' say "All transparent clothing must be tagged for nudity"} but transparent clothing is mentioned. We cannot possibly write every single instance of possible violations that could occur into the TOS..it would be huge.

Also, again, for clarity..a 'reminder' was issued..NOT a warning. Just because a note is placed on your record, does not mean you have been warned...when a warning is issued, it will be specifically noted in the form letter and the record.

The only way one will get a warning for something like this is if they repeatedly do so after several reminders, and its clear they are doing it on purpose.

About the second skins....we are reviewing images on a case by case basis...many times these second skins look to be simply painted on..with nipples, genitals, etc standing out..and it doesn't appear to be clothing at all. In those cases, the image will be tagged for nudity.
