I spoke with Thomas Luft - the guy that designed the IVY GENERATOR - and he commented that he's considering revising the license to clarify it in order to say that the SOFTWARE ITSELF is not for integration into commercial products, but IMAGES produced USING the program will be the artists property - and thus - be useable royalty free for commercial purposes.
