Some comments: 1) Yes, there will be no new episodes of BSG until January 2008. :( I guess the producers didn't learn a thing from *The Sopranos*. It wasn't the acting or the plotlines that killed *The Sopranos*, but making the audience waiting fracking YEARS for new episodes. I mean, really, the show has been around for something like 10 years, but at one point, there was a TWO year gap between new episodes. And even then, I think they only showed 10 or 11 new episodes... before going off the air for another year. How many people will really wait and tune in a year later? Most people will forget about the show and move on. If they only show 13 episodes in 2008 and make people wait until January 2009 for the next season, I would be willing to bet that they'll lose most of their audience. Though if they can hold off for 3 years, they could have Galactica find Earth in 2010... 30 years after the original Galactica came to Earth in *Galactica: 1980*! 2) There may be a BSG mini-series sometime in the fall and it **may** be set on the Pegasus or during the year of occupation on New Caprica. But, it won't resolve the cliffhanger from last week's episode. 3) Next year **may** be the last season since the producers said they wanted a beginning (the 2003 mini-series), a middle (the current series), and ending (finding Earth?). Ronald Moore has also said that he wants to end the show when it's on top, instead of dragging it out. There's more juicy information in the [interview on Salon](http://www.salon.com/ent/feature/2007/03/24/battlestar/) with Ronald D. Moore. Not to worry- he doesn't explain any secrets like the "final five" Cylons, what happened to Starbuck, what specifically happens next season, etc. (Note: you may need to watch a short commercial before entering Salon.)
