I have seen many Sakura models, but none of them were posable. You could convert a good model into be posable. You could even convert a model into a cloth in the cloth room (make good use of constrain and ridged) and run "wind" on it to create a breeze if you're up to experimenting. (Might want to render your picture upside down though because poser gravity with convert your trees into willows.)
