This hasn't been released, and I don't know where it is in development, but Anton mentioned that he was working on a way to convert V3 textures to Apollo.  So you'll be able to use something like UTC to convert textures TO V3, then Anton's file to convert to Apollo.  I'm looking forward to this, but, as mentioned, don't know where it stands - Anton's prob'ly been over his head with the clothes, getting part 4 ready, answering questions, etc etc.  We just need to clone him :).
