If bitten, you can survive it. Place a rubber band between the bite and your heart. NO NOT cut off the blood flow, you just want to slow it down. Don't drive like a maniac, just get to the emergency room. Kill the snake and bring it with you to the hospital. Positive identification is important to select the correct anti-venom. Better luck with your chickens (we wanna get a few this Spring too!)
