This site has a bunch of links to free hosts sorted by the type of ad they do (and this site has a couple of popups, go figure). I've messed a bit with graffiti.net and freeservers, but not much. Graffiti.net seems to be a bit slow, so you may want to pass on them. Hope that helps!
