One character that is definitely worth looking into is Glamorous Jessi by Jim Burton, on Content Paradise. She's an adaptation of P6 Jessi, much more than just a morph. The bones have been improved, Jessi's unnaturally big hands and feet have been changed to a more normal size, she bends very well.
$4.95 isn't too much for such a figure IMO. 
When it comes to addons however, there isn't much. Not in the way of clothes, not in the way of textures.
