I do business with them and Newegg.com. Both are pretty great. Newegg.com return policy and direct discounts (none or nearly no rebate forms to deal with) but price wise in many instances they are neck to neck. I got my new 22" flat screen Viewsonic from TDirect and Newegg didn't even have this particular model and the one closest to what I was looking for was about $50.00 more. So what I would do is do some comparison shopping between the two stores!
