Once your model is in Bryce and you have rendered it... you then go to file>save image as.  a browser will open and you can save the scene in 2D,,,  as a jpg or what ever file you like..

then you go to Paint shop Pro and import the file in...  now it is in 2D form...  

When you are in Bryce.. make sure the model is centered and turn off the environment so all you have is your model....   Is this what you are asking...?
