OK, quiver on the back it is. Since I'm not planning on making this an armored outfit, speed-shooting would be a good idea for an archer wearing as little as this...
I'm planning a couple of tricks with the bow. It'll be a figure, which means that pulling the bow will not be a morph, it'll be accomplished by bending bones. Which will result in a more natural looking partial pull.
The bowstring will consist of three bones - center, upper and lower string. Moving the center will make a pulled bow pose much easier - just use the trans dials to move the center of the string to the right hand, and the rest of the string will follow. Bend the horns of the bow, and you're done.
I'll make a smart propped version of the arrow that'll position itself exactly on the string as it should, touching the bow just above the grip.
I'm considering not making the bow a conformed figure, but a parented one, that'll make it easier to use with other figures.
The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
