Hmmmm......I'll chime in here and say that I just dealt with Alan last week. I had a small issue in regards to my subscription renewal.
He was more than helpful. In fact, I sensed that he went out of his way to be of assistance to me.
So the experience listed above sounds jarring to me -- it's so totally 180% opposite from my own experience with Alan & with his version of customer service. It seems very out of character: at least from what I've seen.
Steve has always been very helpful, too.
IIRC - Steve is the modeler, someone else (Lyrra?) does their texturing, and Alan handles the servers and related business matters. Whether or not Alan is the owner I don't know.......I'd always been under the impression (perhaps incorrectly) that Steve was the owner.
BTW -- based upon their products, and upon my personal experiences with them -- I endorse PoserWorld 110%.
