1 I don't think you can change this, but I'm not 100% sure. You can also use the gizmos in the viewports to move your camera up/down or rotate.
2: in the camera manager, right under the scene preview, use the arrow-like icon to move the camera forward/backward.
3: Keep the right mouse button pressed in the views, you'll see a hand appear, then drag the hand around to pan the camera.
