I've still had the same problems excluding mouth related materials and ramping up the octree to 8 and then13. Looks like I'll need a step thru on the exclusion boxes and compiling the files. Here's hoping I can get this to work. I love the head at 7 mb, I'll love it more at 2 mb. :O)
