:):) I would definately ask 'gently'  I meant 'bombard' as in everyone who has the problem should ask if there is not some way to fix it:)

I have had only postive relations with e-on ( and I am not French but Australian ;))in the past although like many I have been frustrated with some of the problems of the software.
