Okay.  Here's a version of tdmtSpanki.py with the commenting turned on.

Browse to your TDMT scripts folder at 

...RuntimePythonTDMTTDMT_scriptTDMT

Re-name tdmt.Spanki.py to something else.  Delete the .pyc files in the folder.  Then place this script in the folder under the name tdmt.Spanki.py.

This version will print the progress for region comparisons.  There will be no printed statements for progress for creating the geometry comparison lists, so there may be a delay of a couple of minutes (depending on mesh sizes) before the region comparisons start and start printing anything.  This should at least give us some idea where in the process your problems are coming in.
