Hmm. I'm not sure the matter I was testing today will help in your case. I was working with Posette and the old Eve figure. They should have the same geometry, as Eve is derived from Posette. But it looks like the Eve geom is slighly repositioned - not enough to really be noticeable or even interfere with Posette's morphs, but enough to confuse the script. Spanki's notes indicate that comparison troubles may result with matched meshes in the point-in-triangle test. It looks like Posette-Eve is close enough to match each vert correctly, but not close enough to pass the test as Spanki has calibrated it. So it finds the correct verts and then ignores the fact that it found them.
Again, the solution was to scale Eve down slightly. I scaled down the Body by less than 1%. Then the match came through perfectly.
