Some will tell you not to bother but, from my own personal experience, I love my V6 Esprit.  I haven't had any problems with memory management and, if I need to, I can always purge the memory using that option in the file menu.  

Rendering is a subjective subject for me since I'm using a lot more spectral and volumetric atmospheres, along with my own ecosystems (I bought the Ecosystems module) so my render times can run from a few minutes to a lot longer.  My most recent addition to the Vue gallery was, in fact, an 18 hour render but it turned out well.
