It is a bit confusing, but you are not really buying modules, just the license, or Product Key to the module.
The modules are installed along with the Vue version of the application, in the Folder named Modules; they are just dormant until you click on a module install file. Then you are required to add the Product Key you previously purchased, which is sent to you by e-mail.
