On April 17th I made a purchase that included the following item:

04/17/2007 Erika Colors and Styles (Erika-CS-ED-1of2_47892.zip, Erika-CS-ED-2of2_47893.zip) 1 $6.50 

When I went to download the zips they kept timing out before completed.  I would like to request that they be reset so that I may complete my order download.  The order number is Order#: 111200086.
