Subject: Purchased an item that doesn't work

MariaAJMD ( ) posted Tue, 17 April 2007 at 11:26 AM · edited Mon, 25 November 2024 at 5:41 PM

Hi I just purchased  SPS-CoulrosMaximus2007 for Appollomaximus. The INJ morphs do not work for any of the characters. I'm using P6 and the latest Appollo figure.  The testers should have seen this issue. This is a new product  and it doesn't work.

Hi Maria,

You will need to contact the vendor directly.  Plaese allow 2-3 business days for a response.  If you do not hear from them in that time frame, please let us know so we may contact them for you.

Thanks

Hi maria,

You will still need to contact the vendor and get their approval for a refund on their product.

Thanks

I've got no problem with approving a refund. I stand by all of my products and although I do have them tested thouroughly before submission, sometimes minor problems slip through. I've personally retested the whole package, and the character poses work fine for me, however, I think I see the problem. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you were trying to use the character poses on Apollo Maximus. The package requires Apollo Maximus for the .obj file. They won't work correctly with the base .cr2 file. The Apollo Maximus and Coulros Maximus character poses won't do anything, since they just toggle the Coulros Maximus morph off and on respectively, and the other two, Coulros Minimus and Coulros Monstrous will not act as expected, since they rely on the Coulros Maximus morph for most of their look, so they'll primarily give you either a smaller or larger version of Apollo if used on him. The character poses are MOR poses as noted in the product description, not true INJ poses. They contain no geometry of their own. They require the Coulros Maximus morph contained in the SPS Coulros Maximus 2007.cr2 file. I hope this clears up any confusion. If you still want the refund, drop me a PM and I'll figure out who I have to send my approval to so you can get your money back.

Thanks,
-Rob

I've spoken with Maria about this matter, and it's all cleared up. I just want to assure everyone that there is nothing wrong with Coulros Maximus or his character MOR poses. As I surmised, it was just a misunderstanding due to working with an unfamiliar figure.

Thank you,
-Rob

Appollo isn't new to me. It should have been clear in the product description that this uses a CR2  and to look in the figure folder instead of the pose to use this. There wouldn't have been any misunderstanding. Most characters are found in the "pose" section of poser. Not to many characters around made like this. This could have happened with "any" figure.
