Okay, we've gone over this a lot.  Do you have the P7 SR1 installed?  

I see you're using External Binary Morphs ... this has created a lot of corrupt files before the SR1.  Try disabling that before you save your scene.  I never use that option and I've never lost a scene, even with 3 V4's and an Apollo Max in it.
