That looks like a top-notch monitor, Opera.
To me, the advantage of the Acer's is the price vs. value ratio. You are still getting excellent quality -- but at a lower cost.
I was sold on Acer monitors when they bought a 19" LCD (not widescreen) for my use at the office. We purchased a number of them on special for something like $126 apiece. I was expecting el-cheapo results. But I ended up being very pleasantly surprised.
Of course, if someone is willing to part with a king's ransom -- then they can go with a 96" HDTV. But it seems to me that moving a cursor around with a mouse on such a large screen would get a little awkward.
