I don't have this model, but you should check in the Poser material room if it is indeed a displacement map, or if there is a transmap. If a transmap, check the corresponding material kin the Vue advanced mat editor, and check if the transmap was applied, or if the material is only 100% transparent. If you use Vue 6, you can check the "use poser shader tree" box upon import.
