when i saw xp for the first time i had a similar yet milder attack of "omg do you think i am dumb mr gates"?  the control panel for instance was in "categorised view" and if i wanted to access C:/program files/ it would remind me that i was accessing the program files and if i did anything to the files in there i could mess things up... no s*** sherlock!

I feel ya... although maybe you should have just stuck with what isnt broken and have that extra 800mb of ram or so for doing other things with

I for one wont be updating to vista until microsoft pulls the plug on xp support...
