Hello Garry, I'm running a similar configuration and haven't run into that issue. Hey, your'e special today! Does the top come in by itself ok. (import a scene without V3) I do know that there have been occasional "problem" files that transposer doesn't like. You don't mention if the file imports with the Native importer. Have you tried that route yet? You can always try resetting the Carrara preferences. Occasionally things get dinged up in those. (Edit => reset preferences) Post back and we'll get it figured out.
