The Freestuff forum was a good suggestion made by MANY not just one as I have already stated. The way it works is no different than the Product Showcase and its been that way for years as it should. Forums have specific topics to keep all related posts in the proper spot.  You wouldn't go in the Bryce forum and post Poser stuff, you wouldn't go in the Product Showcase and post Customer Support issues.  Just as the other sites that have a freestuff forum keep the freestuff related posts in that area, same here...

I have received MUCH support through private communications from members that don't want to get invovled in this ranting thread which is usually what happens when a change occurs.  If you notice none of the other forums that I have seen are having the problem with the way the Freestuff forum works except for the Poser area which seems a little odd to me.

We added a Freestuff forum, we made some compromises regarding links to freebies not offered in the Freestuff area at Renderosity.  

I am sorry that all do not agree but as with every change that is expected. 

Its time to move past this issue as a compromise has been made.
