I'm not interested in puzzling out the many reversals, clarifications, bullying and specious justifications for any of this.  I look forward to seeing a concise, readable version of all this BS added to the Terms of Service in some reasonable time frame.  

StaceyG, IMO your handling of this has been markedly poor and unprofessional, you are far too argumentative and zealous in dealing with customers and defending unpopular policy.  Seeing as you are the top ranked Renderosity rep that posts with any frequency, you set an abysmally bad example for the people who work with you.  Sincerely hoping you step back and look at how much you tend to just argue with people here, instead of facilitating service.
