Several that bought it, asked Daz for a Cash refund.
All it really does is modify the Face Mesh somewhat and make a Face Map, whinh does not include the Nostrils.
You have to use a Paint Prog such as PS or PSP etc to creat the texture to match that FaceMap for the Head and Body.
