Thanks to Everyone! Mehndi, I apologize if you felt that the word usage of my post reflected that you did not stay in touch with me. I guess I should have been a little more specific! :-)) You have been wonderful. I know that I must be one of your worst nightmares so far. For this, I don't know nor can I explain it. I had all these negative nagging thoughts popping in my head, but I kept pushing them back...ie... concerning no contact or responce from my letter mailed here to the store. (Not to you Mehndi :-) ) I knew there had to be a logical explanation because this is such a wonderful site and so well organized. I thank all of you. I will go now and see about trying to use all of the suggestions posted above. I can't thank everyone enough for taking the time to respond.
