I REALLY like the nose on this character.  So much so I would probably get it just for that if the eyes were not so big.  Another set back in my opinion is she looks sun burnt and the large lips are way too big a thing these days.    

There are a plethora of photoshop tutorials out there for eyes.  Even if your not using PS you should be able to get a good idea from some of them.   Take some red out and make them smaller will get you a long way towards better.  = )

I do like it though.
