what exactly is the item being rendered at the time of the crash? if you load it on its own, does it give you the same  error?

maybe if you try deleting the relevant objects from  DAZ|Studio data folder then reloading each object and saving it in a test project. that will resave the details in the data folder and might resolve the issue.
