That you are either going to sell it, or produce it in a way that earns you money.  IE use the character in a movie that sells copies.  Or make the character widely available publicly.

So if this is for you and a group of your buddies who want to make youtube videos for fun - you're probably ok.   IE personal use.  
But if that robot starts selling tide detergent for you, you might find yourself in trouble.
