Yup and it's going to go into my shopping cart the moment it becomes available!
Practical Poser 6 and Practical Poser 7 were written to be sort of a bridge between the manuals and the "Secrets of Figure Creation with ..." book, which REALLY gets into the technicalities of creating figures. I figured I couldn't outdo what was already done so well, and left the bulk of those topics to those who have already done a fantastic job with it. It's the "graduate course" of figure creation. 8-)
So if you read PP7 and still need to wet your appetite for figure creation, I highly recommend getting BL Render's book when it becomes available, to take you even beyond PP7.
