Subject: The real problem with Poser

It's too damned addicting. I just got it for doing aircrew figure add-ons; just a sidebar to my regular animation work. sigh It started with my daughter wanting a dragon poster. Then I discovered Thorne's fey folk. Then Rena's household rooms and props. Now I have all of Sharkey's collectable automobiles. I'm not getting my paying work done! Will this madness never end?! manic drool Mark

Hahahahaha! I know exactly what you mean. I've been infected, too. Melanie

The real problem with Poser is that it needs a hardware interface that would plug into my ear so that I could morph and pose the scenes with brainwaves.

Addicting? Naa. Of course, the guys all look at me funny when I am working with a blueprint and envisioning where in the building would be the best place to position a scene. But I don't have a problem or anything, lol.

Hi Folks! You're not really addicted until you find yourself standing in line at a store, looking at a fellow shopper, and saying to yourself, "I wonder what kind of transmap she used to get that hairdo?" Peter (Dr Zik)

I see people so differently... i say to my husband - that woman doesn't look real! He points out the flat, platic-y hair the east coast anchor woman. It's such a delight learning Poser...

Not to mention the way it takes over all your hard disc ...

I'll catch myself saying, "Oh look! She's wearing Vicki's transmapped flip hair!" :) Has anyone noticed that lady who does the NBCI.com commecials looks like Vicki, complete with the flip hair, and during the Valentines Day promos, she even had on the red dress! Sheesh! I'm hopeless. Melanie
